Hydraulic tools-Technical parameters of hydraulic cylinder
It is very important to select the following parameters according to the jacking load and the use space:
The height of the body, the outer diameter of the body, the working stroke, the rated working pressure, the rated load (thrust and pulling force).
Rated load (thrust):F = R2 * P pi
Rated load (tensile):f = pi (R2r2) * P
R- cylinder (piston) radius r- piston rod radius P- rated working pressure
Example 1, known: rated pressure P, rated load F, weight of M, the working pressure of P.
P = m * P / F
Example 2, known: rated pressure P, rated load F, working pressure of P, the weight of the object M.
M = P * F / P
Note: Manufacturer's rated pressure, rated load and stroke are the highest safe limits. The practice of using only the best ratings 80%.
