Hydraulic Gear Puller Maintenance inspection-hydraulic tools
Need to check every six months to maintain a maintenance check hydraulic puller:
1 check all reducer gear meshing and wear, tooth surface pitting damage should not exceed the meshing surface 30%, and the depth is less than the original tooth thickness of 10% (chordal thickness); gear tooth thickness wear and tooth thickness percentage shall not exceed 15%~25%; check bearing; replace the lubricating oil.
2 check the condition of the big and small wheels, lubricate the wheel bearing and eliminate the rail gnawing phenomenon.
3 check the main beam and end beam of the main weld whether open welding, corrosion, corrosion should not exceed the original thickness of 10%, the main stress components whether fatigue crack; various rails, support is intact; check the main beam, end beam bolt and tighten it again.
4 check the deformation of the main girder. Check car track. The no-load disturbance should not exceed the main span 1/2000 girder; inward bending shall not exceed the level measurement of length 1/1500; car track card should not produce the phenomenon of rail track top and side wear (single-sided) amount shall not exceed 3mm.
5 check the drum, drum wall wear should not exceed the original wall thickness of 20%, the rope groove convex peak without strain.
6 tighten all connections and fastening bolts immediately.
