Structure and working principle of vertical steel bar cutting machine-hydraulic tools

Construction: the vertical steel bar cutting machine is used in the steel processing production line of the prefabricated component factory.


Working principle: by motor power through a belt wheel driven by the flywheel shaft, three gear reducer, the eccentric shaft sliding key clutch drive, realize the blade movement back and forth, and the blade with cut steel. The clutch is controlled by the handle to combine and disengage the upper and lower movement of the movable blade. The utility model is characterized in that the material pressing device is driven by a hand wheel to rotate and drive a pair of helical gears with inner reminding threads to move up and down, and the steel bars of different diameters are pressed.
