Find the cause of failure from the following three points in the maintenance, and improve the system:

In general, the main reason for the failure of the boom is that:
A. hydraulic pump serious wear. In the low-speed operation of the pump leakage is serious; high speed operation, the pump pressure slightly increased, but because of the pump wear and internal discharge, volumetric efficiency decreased significantly, it is difficult to achieve the rated pressure. C. hydraulic system design is not reasonable. Control valve and hydraulic steering gear for a single pump in series, the safety valve set pressure 16MPa, and the rated operating pressure of hydraulic pump is also 16MPa. The hydraulic pump is often at full load or overload for a long time (high pressure) case, and system hydraulic impact, long-term oil, hydraulic oil pollution, increased pump wear, so pump pump shell burst (after he was found such failure).

The displacement of the hydraulic pump is increased from 10ml/r to 14ml/r, and the setting pressure of the system is 14MPa, which meets the requirements of lift and speed of the boom cylinder.
(3) in the use of the process should also pay attention to the correct use and maintenance of the loader, regularly add or replace hydraulic oil, to maintain the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, strengthen routine inspection and maintenance.
