Manual oil pump consists of the following parts:
1, pump body part;
2, handle part;
3, storage tank;
4, rear part
5, pump body pump body part is the main part of the oil pump, high pressure cavity and the low pressure working chamber, two one-way valves, high pressure valve (An Quanfa), low pressure valves, unloading valves, two check valves, oil inlet and so on. The holes are organically linked.
Two check valve is to prevent pressure oil return. Two one-way valve specifications, the role is the same. Low pressure valve and high pressure valve is the role of pressure control. The pressure was controlled at 1.5MPa and 63MPa. The two ball at the inlet is the check valve. After loosening unloading valve, the pressure oil flows to the storing tubing, complete the unloading work.
6, handle part: mainly by the pressure bar, press the composition. Connected by two pins and the pump body and the plunger. The manual force acts on the pressure rod, which drives the plunger to reciprocate to produce the oil pressure.
7, in the back seat or the tank is arranged on the oil filling, vent. Loosen the screws and bleed air. Open the bleeder valve when using.
