Hydraulic Gear Puller Monthly inspection content-hydraulic tools

1) check all reducer gear meshing and wear, tooth surface pitting damage should not exceed the meshing surface 30%, and the depth is less than the original tooth thickness of 10% (chordal thickness); gear tooth thickness wear and tooth thickness percentage shall not exceed 15%~25%; state check bearing; replace the lubricating oil.
2) check the condition of the big and small wheels, lubricate the wheel bearings, and eliminate the rail gnawing phenomenon.

3) check the main beam and end beam of the main weld whether open welding, corrosion, corrosion should not exceed the original thickness of 10%, the main stress components whether fatigue crack; various rails, support is intact; check the main beam, end beam bolt and tighten it again.
4) check the deformation of the main girder. Check car track. The no-load disturbance should not exceed the main span 1/2000 girder; inward bending shall not exceed the level measurement of length 1/1500; car track card should not produce the phenomenon of rail track top and side wear (single-sided) amount shall not exceed 3mm.
5) tighten all connections and fastening bolts immediately.
6) check the drum, drum wall wear should not exceed 20% of the original thickness of the wall, the rope groove peak does not strain tip.
